About us Our story

At the age of 40 and with four children (5, 6, 14 and 16 years old), Carol Panchaud found herself having to earn a living after 20 years spent devoting herself to her family. Drawing on her experience as a mother and on her role on the executive committee of the International School of Geneva, Carol identified a missing link when it came to replying to parents' doubts and interrogations and giving them an overall view of the educational options open to their children.

Carol began working as an educational consultant for a German company specialising in advising parents and placing students in boarding schools and in language courses. She oversaw the opening their Geneva office. However, her boss thought that the office was "not productive enough", and he closed it after only a few months. This turned out to be a godsend for Carol, who took the opportunity to start her own company !

That’s how, in 2001, she created EDUCOM Carol Panchaud and took over the work she had started for her previous company. She developed and grew the business, giving it an international dimension and reputation. From Paris to Geneva via Rome, Milan, Brussels, and Casablanca, EDUCOM provides tailor-made solutions for your children in the following areas :

A 100% family business

In 2013, Aurélie, Carol Panchaud's first daughter, joined the company. With her training as a coach and psychologist, Aurélie expanded the range of services offered by EDUCOM. In 2019, Carol’s second daughter, Victoria - who specialises in marketing and communication - joined the adventure and strengthened the team. With this latest arrival, EDUCOM became a 100% family business.

As three mothers, the Panchauds are well aware of the fears parents may feel at the idea of sending their “little treasures” away to experience life abroad far from home.

With its perfect balance between professional and personal experience, EDUCOM Carol Panchaud understands all the challenges faced by parents who wish for the best educational path for their children.
